This programme aims to bring elite level, academy style coaching to grassroots players.
Grassroots teams often focus on gameplay with less emphasis on the technical and tactical aspects of the game.
At Palmer School Of Excellence we want to bridge the gap and give players access to the type of coaching that makes academy players so successful. Building confidence and encouraging improvement.
We encourage our players to take on new challenges, try new things and be the best players they can be.
This can be anything from grassroots players looking to improve, promising players looking to get themselves into academy football or even recently released players re-build their confidence. Above all we want all our attendees to enjoy their football and to leave our sessions as better players.

Entry into the programme is reliant upon success at trials. If selected after a successful trial. Training will take place every Tuesday with a game vs Professional and private academies each month.
